# sqlplus /nolog

SQL> startup
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [keltnfy-ldmInit], [46], [1], [], [], [], [], []
<해결방안>
"Warning: keltnfy call to ldmInit failed with error 46" 는
네트워크 환경 설정과 관련된 부분으로 인하여 발생하는 사항이며
/etc/hosts 파일의 확인 hostname을 체크 한다.
